ITZY‘s recent radio interviewer has come under fire for her excessive comments about Taylor Swift when speaking to the members.
On June 24, ITZY appeared at the radio station Z100 NY..
At one point during the interview, Yeji mentioned Taylor Swift, and a clip went viral showing the interviewer consistently speaking about the singer and the members didn’t really have a chance to respond, except with one-word answers or small noises. Even when they said they hadn’t seen many of the things she’d spoken about, the interviewer continued.
Oh my gosh, Taylor, yes. Did you see her in London?

While ITZY has shared their love for Taylor Swift, the reason fans got angry or annoyed was because the interviewer kept speaking about the singer in an interview that was meant to promote ITZY. Although the mention was cute at first, the interviewer kept repeating it with information that wasn’t relevant to the members and that most people didn’t care about.
