They were upset about the alleged lack of proper work that the company was putting into the album. Fans called out the company for a poor comeback schedule, as well as for neglecting international fans.

Other fans tried to call for a boycott of the comeback.

Some of the texts on the truck include:

  • “Neocenter thinks that NCT 127 fans are pushovers. Analyse the needs of the consumers.
  • NCT 127: a poorly thought-out launch schedule. A ‘bang-for-the-buck’ album concept. International fans neglected. Discarded world tour.
  • Did you guys draw the album design on a sketchpad? Where did the money from pop-up stores go to?
  • The same design that hasn’t changed for years. Seems like they didn’t even edit it. Insincere album art.

Other complaints include that of repeated YouTube contents and tacky concept photos.
